    Dr. Trevor Flood

    Trevor Flood attended the University of Ottawa for both medical school and residency. Following his residency inAnatomic Pathology, Dr. Flood completed a fellowship in Genitourinary Pathology at Harvard Medical School workingat the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He then returned to Ottawa as an Assistant Professor in Anatomic Pathologywith a Genitourinary sub specialization. Dr. Flood’s research interests relate primarily to identifying morphologic and immunophenotypic prognostic features inprostate, bladder, and penile cancers. Several of his projects have focused on various histologic features identified inbiopsies and/or oncologic resections that ultimately correlate with tumour stage, disease recurrence, and cancerspecific mortality. He also has interests in using technology as a tool in anatomic pathology as well as integrating amultidisciplinary approach to genitourinary oncology problems through collaboration with diagnostic radiologists andsurgeons alike
